No Offense
January 7th, 2008It’s really hard to not offend dudes when you talk about race. I’ve read the comments and I’m saddened that I pissed a few guys off. The reality is, I’m a middle-aged white man. I have biases. I have prejudices, I guess. This is what I was trying to explain earlier.
No, I don’t think that all Black men have huge dicks, nor do I think that all Latino men are sizzling hot. What I said came out of personal experience and I don’t think there’s much point in being too sensitive about it. From my background, white guys behave in a certain way sexually and men of color behave differently. There are old running jokes about how white men envy the size of Black guys. I didn’t want to go there. But what’s ironic is that my racism is directed more toward white men. Sex with them has always been for me a…blander experience. Yet, whatever I think personally and in regard to my sex, I still maintain that it’s nonsense to pretend that our individual races don’t affect how we act in bed.
